Quality and environmental protection policy
For the implementation of the quality and environmental protection policy, UAB "GAUDRĖ" has created a supervised and continuously improved integrated management system that meets the requirements of LST EN ISO 9001:2015 and LST EN ISO 14001:2015 standards and other environmental protection legislation and environmental compliance.
ACTIVITIES OF GAUDRĖ UAB:
- Design and installation of lighting and electrical engineering systems.
- Trade in lighting equipment and electrotechnical products.
- Design and production of luminaires.
Understanding that ensuring the quality of services provided to customers and environmental protection is the basis of the company's prosperity and development, we implement a socially oriented, open, environmentally friendly and integrated management system policy that meets the needs of consumers and employees, and commit to:
- Cultivate a culture of the highest quality both in the production of products and in customer service;
- Seek to apply advanced business practice innovations to gain a competitive advantage and improve customer experience, improve existing and implement new and modern technologies by improving process management, service quality while protecting the environment;

- In carrying out activities, protect the environment, including prevention or reduction of pollution, sustainable use of resources, and continuous improvement of the environmental protection management system that meets the requirements of the LST EN ISO 14001:2015 standard, in order to increase the effectiveness of environmental protection.
After assessing the constant challenges of the business environment and changing circumstances, the management reviews the policy of the integrated management system at least once a year and, based on it, sets quality and environmental protection goals, the implementation of which would ensure the satisfaction of requirements and continuous improvement of the performance of the integrated management system.
Professionalism, teamwork, engagement and personal responsibility are key qualities for excellence. Each employee is introduced to the policy of the integrated management system, its requirements and is responsible for fulfilling these requirements.
